We follow a step-by-step structured process, focused on the specific needs and interests of the company that has requested our assistance. The process includes:

● Defining the company’s specific interests and goals

● Circulating confidential details (without revealing identity of the requesting company) to companies that we select in the target market

● Preparing a short list of interested companies in the target market that we have researched and talked to and that meet the requesting company’s requirements

● Opening discussion on behalf of the requesting company with those target companies which it wishes to follow up

● Assisting and supporting the requesting company in detailed discussions, meetings and negotiations in working towards a deal with target companies

We work in this structured way with all companies that request our assistance, whether they are Chinese companies looking for investment or business partner targets in Europe or whether they are European companies that would like to invite Chinese investment or participation.

In all cases we work on a combination of a success fee (related to the size of the successful deal), a moderate consulting fee and a refund of certain expenses which may be incurred in our work.

In all cases we agree and sign an individual contractual agreement with the company that asks us to undertake the work, tailored to the specific nature of the case.
